Employment with Redmove

Due to our continued success, we are now looking for somebody of the highest calibre to join our team. We have the following position currently available:

Full Time Negotiator/Admin Assistant - A full time sales & lettings negotiator. The ideal candidate will have some Estate Agency experience.

Skills required:
Drive and determination
A strong work ethic
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Attention to detail
Sales experience is beneficial but not essential
Computer skills essential
Working knowledge of MS Word & Email

Duties will include:
Arranging & following up viewings and valuations
Keeping in touch with vendors on a regular basis
Updating our mailing list
Contacting applicants regarding new instructions
Keeping wall displays up to date
Dealing with clients in the office
Dealing with enquiries that come in through various websites
Maximising valuation and viewing enquires to appointments
Negotiaing offers
Accompanied viewings

The use of own car is essential. Hours are to include Saturdays.
