At Redmove we believe you should get value for money, that's why our sale fee is just 1% plus VAT.
It's tough enough at the moment without having to pay through your nose to sell your house. Our low fee may enable you to accept an offer on your house that you may not have been able to afford to do had you been paying a much bigger estate agent bill.

Don't forget, when an agent says “our fee is 2%”, there will be VAT to pay on top of that. The total bill from your agent including VAT would be over 2.3% of your properties selling price! So if you sell your property at £250,000 you'd pay £5,875 - Sell with Redmove at 1% and you'll pay just £2,937.50, you'd save £2,937.50!
