I would like to say how pleased I was with how Redmove dealt with the sale of our property. I was a little doubtful originally with how a small firm would handle the sale, especially when they charge such a relatively low fee. However I need not have worried as I found their approach was very efficient and professional throughout and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.
I found that other larger estate agents that I have used did not know us or the details of our property when contacting them and got our property mixed up with others they had for sale. Redmove did an excellent job of marketing our property, dealt with viewings and appointments really well and feedback after viewings was always quickly followed up without the need for us to chase them up (unlike other estate agents) and we quickly knew what the potential buyers view was of our property. If we had any queries then these were always dealt with quickly.
Even after a buyer was identified it didn't end there as Redmove understood our need to keep us informed of the progress of the sale right up to completion and nothing was too much trouble if we had any queries.
If anyone wants an estate agent who markets your property well, knows your circumstances and property and deals with you in a very efficient and friendly manner without charging the earth for doing it, then Redmove are ideal.
