We'll find a tenant for your property without management for just £200 plus VAT.
We'll value your property, take pictures and write up a brochure. Then we'll market it on the huge number of websites we use including Rightmove, Findaproperty and Zoopla to name just three. We'll show prospective tenants round and put them through referecing. When they pass we'll give you all the details so you can do the rest.Or, if you prefer a managed service, we'll do all of the above and then everything else that is required to get them moved in. We'll then manage the tenancy but won't charge our management fee for the first 3 months rent.
