How do you screen tenants?
All potential tenants will be screened prior to attending any viewing to make sure they are suitable for the property. We’ll fully reference your tenants and even add a guarantor if required.
When do I receive rent payments?
Your rent will be paid to you when the tenants have moved in. Each month rents are paid to all our landlords on the day we receive them without extra charges, as far as we know no other agent does that.
How involved do I need to be?
You don’t need to be involved at all. We know what’s going on, but sometimes agents don’t keep their landlords informed. We make sure you’re aware of everything from initial viewings, application progress etc. right the way through to moving a tenant in. We’ll do regular inspections and report on our findings – hopefully once a tenant moves in you hear from us less, which means all is well!
